I visited for a consultation, and from start to finish they explained everything kindly and in detail, which left a very good impression. They honestly told me not only the advantages but also the drawbacks and what to be careful about, based on my facial condition and concerns, so I trusted them. I also liked that they didn’t aggressively push several procedures on me and instead suggested an approach suited to my situation. In the end, I got my procedure done elsewhere, but looking back, I do feel a little disappointed that I might have been fine doing it here too. Even just the consultation was very helpful, and it solved many of the questions I had. I also thought that if I need any additional procedure or care later, I’d like to come back and consult again. I was also satisfied that I could get a consultation comfortably without feeling pressured.
