People around me kept saying I’d lost weight and that my upper arms had gotten much thinner, but inside I kept wondering, does it really make that much of a difference? But when I compared the before-and-after photos side by side, the difference was way bigger than I expected. I had the liposuction injection on June 23, and the after photo was taken on July 29, so it’s a little over one month later. My upper arm circumference definitely went down too. Before the procedure it was 29.8 cm, but when I measured it again at the clinic recently, it had gone down to 26 cm. Seeing my change, two people around me have already gone in for consultations because they were inspired too. It’s only been about 40 days, but if it’s already changed this much, they say there’s still more time for it to go down, so I’m even more excited. Dieting really does seem to depend on records. You may not notice it day by day, but photos don’t lie
