I got a lot of help from reviews here, so I’m leaving a detailed review that might help newbies preparing for breast surgery~ ▪︎Right 325 / Left 295-270 ▪︎Thin skin texture ▪︎Chest circumference 77, waist 62, hips 83 ▪︎159cm, 46kg ▪︎Asymmetrical breasts / pectus carinatum ▪︎Mentor Extra ▪︎Because I have severe health anxiety, I looked into the surgery time, whether there was an anesthesiologist director, whether the operating room had CCTV, whether specialized equipment was available, the length of the incision / whether there was skin tearing, how kind and thorough the medical staff were, aftercare, and whether they push additional surgery. (For reference) The places I consulted so far were ㄴㄴ Plastic Surgery, ㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery, ㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery, and ㄷㅌ Plastic Surgery. Things that made me feel good about ㄷㅌ Plastic Surgery: the director directly checked the ultrasound right next to me, and the manager and staff were thorough and easy to understand without making it feel burdensome. ● Surgery review based on ㄷㅌ Plastic Surgery ● On the day of surgery, even after going home, I was dazed because of the anesthesia. On the same day, I still felt some tightness and pain. Since I was out of it on the day, please make sure to rest. On day 2, the swelling came in very tightly. There was no pain as long as I took the medication. I also had accessory breast tissue removal done because they recommended it, so the side area did feel tight and pulled a bit. If possible, rest through day 2 as well. On day 3, there was still pain, but it had decreased a lot. It felt like my body weight was gradually swelling up, but they said it was the medication + swelling. I started working. It was surprising that I could work with less pain than expected. You have to move very carefully!! *Pain - tight, pulling pain comes and goes. Taking the medicine reduces the pain a lot. *Movement - If you move slowly, it doesn’t hurt, but be careful with anything that requires even a little force. *Showering - Since I couldn’t wash for a while, I gently wiped around the surgical area with wet wipes, avoiding it.. I’m recovering carefully as instructed. The hospital also explained the post-op precautions and care methods in detail, and printed them out on paper in detail.
