My cheeks had too little volume, so after consultations at several places, I received facial fat grafting from a board-certified plastic surgeon. When I said I wanted it in my cheeks, they recommended under-eye fat grafting too, so I had my forehead excluded and did my cheeks, under-eyes, nasolabial folds, and chin. I was so satisfied that five people around me ended up doing it too. The only thing was that after putting it in my face, I swelled up so much that I was worried, and even with the second session, the swelling was so bad that waiting at home was hard. They harvested from my thighs, and the left and right sides were a bit different, so I worried about that too. It was 15 years ago, but even now it has held up so well and still looks beautiful, so if anyone asks me, I strongly recommend it.
