Alar Reduction Surgery at OOO Plastic Surgery and Escaping Bulbous Nose

Ever since I was little, I had a very bulbous-nose look, and because my nostrils spread when I smiled, I was super self-conscious every time I took photos. At first I kept looking in the mirror because I was worried about incision scars or scar tissue, but time really does help. The redness gradually faded, and it just became a natural crease line where the nose folds. Haha. It gave me exactly the neat nose tip look I wanted, so I don’t regret choosing OOO and going through with it this time. Anyway, with alar reduction, if you reduce too much, it can make the nose look pinched or make breathing feel uncomfortable, so I hope you go to a place that carefully adjusts the amount of incision according to your skin thickness and nostril shape during the first consultation!
