Nose Re-Surgery

Should I remove it or not

First photo is my natural nose, and the second photo is my post-op nose (I’m clumsy, so I’m not sure if you can tell) My natural nose was a short upturned nose that was pressed down and spread out. I had hump-nose correction, cartilage suturing, septal extension, and costal cartilage used (no silicone ×). After surgery, cosmetically it looked better, but the cartilage went in thick so it was hard to breathe, and the foreign-body sensation was also pretty bothersome. On top of that, as time passed and the post-op swelling went down, the low, upturned look of my nose returned when seen from the side, so I started thinking, if it’s going to be like this, should I just take it out? If I remove it, will it go back to my natural nose exactly? I don’t need anything fancy; I’d just be satisfied if the nostrils looked even a little slimmer. My natural nose is so ugly that I’m wondering whether I should just put up with all the discomfort and keep living with it......
