After two childbirths, losing 25 kg, and repeated dieting, I had lost almost all upper-breast volume. I went to about 10 breast consultations, and most clinics told me that an anchor incision lift was absolutely necessary. My pre-op size was B cup, and I had even paid a deposit at another clinic. But everything changed when I met Director Kim Min-young at Fore Plastic Surgery. After looking at my breasts, which other clinics had said required an anchor incision no matter what, the director told me that it could be improved sufficiently without one. She explained that using a Motiva full-type implant that can naturally support sagging breasts from below, combined with a half-moon periareolar lift, could achieve a very good result while minimizing scarring. The moment I heard that, I thought, “Possible with minimal scarring? Then this is the place,” and decided on surgery without hesitation. The one thing I was worried about was sleep anesthesia. At first I felt a little uneasy about having breast surgery under sleep anesthesia, so I spent about a week thinking about it. During that time I sent the coordinator a lot of KakaoTalk messages, and surprisingly, most of the replies were written directly by Director Kim Min-young. Thanks to that, my anxiety eased a lot, and I was able to go ahead with the surgery trustfully. In the end, the surgery under sleep anesthesia went safely, and most importantly, recovery was really fast. I was discharged about 30 to 40 minutes after surgery, and my recovery speed was much faster than I had imagined. People around me had been scaring me, saying breast surgery hurts so much that you can barely move for a month, but from the day of surgery until now, day 7 after surgery, I haven't had any major trouble with daily life. Of course, the axillary incision area throbbed and felt like muscle soreness after exercise, and tying my hair up was a little uncomfortable. But that was about it, and I even went shopping at Express Bus Terminal on day 3 after surgery. People around me were saying, “Did you really have surgery?” because my recovery was so fast. The most satisfying part is the shape. It doesn't look artificially rounded and protruding, but instead it looks so natural, like I've always had large breasts. I really loved the gently natural slope too, and there was none of the feeling I hated most, the so-called 'rice bowl shape' or 'highway cleavage.' My husband saw them and immediately said, “Wow... that's really amazing. They look like your original breasts.” I'm also extremely satisfied. After going to 10 consultations, I know better than anyone how many clinics emphasize discounts or event conditions. But after actually having the surgery, I realized that more important than the cost is a doctor who sincerely thinks about the method that suits me best. Another thing that really moved me was the post-op care. The director personally did the dressing, and after surgery he even gave me his personal mobile number, so whenever I had questions I contacted him, and he replied directly even in the middle of the night. I really felt that he was taking responsibility for the patient until the very end. Everyone looks for luxury implants and luxury breasts, but this time I realized that finding a luxury doctor is even more important. If you're someone who's been worried like me, I really hope you at least go for a consultation once. Thanks to Director Kim Min-young, I regained my confidence, and it truly feels like I was given a new life. ❤️
