I had my first nose surgery with autologous costal cartilage from Director Park Jeong-heum at Mighty. I pursue an extremely natural look, so I went without an implant and chose a fairly straight, straight-and-slightly-curved line. The director prioritizes safety, so my recovery went really quickly and my nose has stayed strong and stable, which I’m happy with. My nose used to be low, small, and short, but after surgery it looks so natural that no one would know unless I said something, which makes me happy. Even my friends say they wouldn’t know unless I told them, so I’m satisfied. It’s been one month since surgery now.
