My lifelong complex is gone, and I truly have zero regrets. I thought the design was being set conservatively during the consultation, but looking at the post-op CT, they had shaved down as much as possible. I worked really hard gathering information online and went to five clinics in person, but in the end the only place I liked was Taco. If it hadn't been here, I have no idea where I would have had the surgery.. At other places, either the staff seemed too busy because there were too many patients, or the hygiene seemed questionable, or I didn't like the surgical method, or the doctor didn't seem interested in the patient's condition after surgery. I don't know much about cheekbones or jaw surgery because I wasn't focused on those, but if you need a single-square-jaw procedure, I highly recommend Taco!! I don't have much muscle or fat in my face, so I thought there would be almost no front-view effect, but after cortical osteotomy, the front-view effect was better than I expected. Now I worry less even when the wind blows, and I even wear my hair tucked behind my ears Thank you so much
