First the consultation with the director was conducted, and there was almost no wait. The director’s style was not to lead the consultation but to answer when the patient asked questions, and although he looked extremely tired, he answered every question in detail. I didn’t get a CT, and he said that if the material inside the nasal bridge (I don’t know what it is because the previous clinic never said there was anything inserted into the bridge) is removed, there is a risk of saddle nose, so if needed they could correct the hump again, reuse septal cartilage at the tip, or use ear cartilage. He showed me photos of other patients, and because the full face was visible, I wondered if my own face would be fully shown too if I had surgery. Looking at my old photos, he estimated that the nasal tip would end up somewhere between how it looked before surgery and after surgery. If the septal cartilage at the tip is removed, the nose rises, so cartilage repositioning is done. Septal reinforcement adds 200,000 won Ear cartilage adds 1,000,000 won He explained saddle nose in detail, which actually made me even more scared of the surgery, and although both the director and the manager were fine during the consultation, I didn’t feel especially drawn to it, so I plan to consult one more hospital
