I had incisional eye correction plus medial canthoplasty at OOOD Plastic Surgery with Dr. Choi Yo-an! (1 month post-op) To begin with, my eyes were not exactly narrow horizontally, but they felt generally heavy..? And they were a bit uneven, so whenever I saw people with pretty eyes I felt so jealous,, I had to lift my eyebrows when opening my eyes, and if I opened them casually they looked a little sleepy, so after thinking it over I had surgery right before the semester ended! I had a consultation for double-eyelid surgery with Dr. Choi Yo-an, and they pointed out the exact parts that were stressing me out while saying I only needed eye correction without overtreatment Personally, because the inner corner looked a little cramped, I was wondering whether to do medial canthoplasty too, but the doctor said if I wanted it, it would make the eyes look a bit more refreshed, so I trusted the doctor and had it done Looking back now, I’m glad I did it After the eye correction, opening my eyes definitely feels easier, and the medial canthoplasty also came out without being overdone, and the in-out line is clean and suits me so well that it’s honestly amazing👍 Just as they said, my impression became refreshing and clear, so I’m satisfied with everything without any regrets If you’re thinking about eye correction or medial canthoplasty, go for OOOD! I was someone who worried a lot too, so I’m leaving this as both a recommendation and a record💙
