Current status - the autologous rib scar has faded to about half of what it was at the beginning The incision area on the columella is barely visible It’s been over 5 months since my nose revision surgery, and aside from the scar patch the hospital gave me, I haven’t done any special care, but at this level I feel like my skin healing must be pretty good..? I think I originally had severe one-sided nasal congestion, so breathing was always uncomfortable, but after this surgery the airway was properly opened up, and I learned what the happiness of breathing feels like.. I didn’t have a separate functional rhinoplasty, but both functionally and aesthetically it’s so much better than my old nose, so I’m satisfied! I’m still worried that as the nasal tip drops, the columella might sag along with it, but maybe it was fixed firmly, because it feels solid and like it won’t budge
