I had contour surgery at a young age, and back then I don't think I ever considered the possibility that sagging or side effects could happen later. Unfortunately, parts of my face started to sag here and there, and my nasolabial folds became very noticeable, so I became very worried. People around me said a facelift was still too early for me, but after going to several consultations, most of them said I was in a condition where a facelift was needed. I remembered how hard the contour surgery had been, so I was very worried about the facelift too, but once I actually had it, the recovery was okay. I wore the tightening band for about a month, but since I only needed to wear it about 8 hours a day, it wasn't that inconvenient for daily life. The incision was made along the hairline in front of the ear, so the scar has faded a lot now and is barely visible unless I point it out. My facial line has been refined and the sagging has improved a lot, so I'm truly satisfied with the result. It's a little upsetting that I ended up having to get a facelift after contour surgery, but I'm glad the result turned out well. The RiA Plastic Surgery clinic I went to had a board-certified specialist as the director, and based on the reviews and the fact that they showed many facelift cases after contour surgery, I felt even more confident. For anyone considering a facelift, I hope you consult thoroughly with a board-certified specialist and make the decision carefully.
