When I wore bras, the upper part of my breasts stuck out too much and looked puffy, so while looking into breast surgery for a natural result, I decided on fat grafting. I didn’t want implants, and I didn’t want them to get extremely large either, so I got breast fat grafting up to the second round at ㅅㅋㅇㄹㅇ Clinic, which makes it as natural as possible. The manager also had experience, and the director was kind and gentle too. For the first round I used fresh fat, and for the second round I used frozen fat, so I only had liposuction once. At first I was hesitant about frozen fat, but after doing the second round, I’m glad I froze it. Recovery after the fat extraction was more uncomfortable than I expected, so I recommend freezing it After doing up to the second round, I feel like I got about one cup bigger, and I like that it feels naturally fuller. The shape still looks like my original breast shape, just with a bit more volume. If you want a natural, soft feel without being greedy about size, I recommend fat grafting.
