He explained in detail why my nose would still be okay even without surgery, and if I really wanted it done, he explained the two plans in detail~~ For alar base reduction plus nostril narrowing, they said it would be in the 3 million won range, and for alar base fixation, cartilage tying, fat removal, donated rib cartilage, or ear cartilage, they said it would be in the 5 million won range! I’m still deciding whether to do it here, but the consultation itself was satisfying, and the director seemed like a warm, good person.
