I visited with high expectations after seeing breast surgery reviews, and the consultation was really, really detailed, which I liked a lot. From start to finish they explained the whole process step by step without missing anything, so before surgery I could clearly understand what I needed to prepare and what steps would be needed afterward. What was especially impressive was that the manager consultation was short, and then the director personally conducted the consultation for almost an hour. They carefully looked at my body type, skin condition, and the breast shape I wanted, and I really felt they were trying to make the result fit my needs as much as possible. Their tone was also kind and warm, which put me at ease. It did not feel like a simple formal consultation, but like they were truly thinking from the patient's point of view, so I trusted them even more, and I felt reassured by the consultation alone.
