The director was honest and only told me what was truly necessary, with no extra pushing for more procedures. The wait was long and the director was extremely busy, so the consultation ended in less than a minute, and after that the only times I saw the director were for the pre-surgery sketch and photos. Even then he was so busy that there was no time to talk, and that was disappointing. I think you need to explain everything you want clearly enough during the initial consultation. The surgery itself was honestly extremely satisfying. My deep buccal fat was very noticeably protruding, and after removal, as things settled, my face lifted up too, so I am very satisfied. However, it is not some hugely dramatic surgery. And as the director warns in advance, if you have hollowing under the cheekbone, keep in mind that after removal it can become more emphasized. I actually liked that part, so I am satisfied, but if you really hate hollow cheeks or prominent cheekbones, please think carefully.
