While going around to several places for consultations, not many of them took a CT scan, but here they took a CT scan and explained everything in detail, and they also showed me the post-rhinoplasty results in 3D, which I liked. I have a severe dorsal hump, and other places said they would shave it all down, but here they said that if they shaved it all the way down, the bridge skin was thin, so they would leave a tiny bit, and that it would only be visible from an angle, so it would actually look less artificial. They also corrected the shape of my nostrils, improved my bulbous tip, said they could do surgery for my rhinitis at the same time, raise the drooping tip a bit, and do alar reduction too. There was a lot to do, so I wondered if I really needed all of it, but they were honest, and I liked that I did not need to use silicone either. They analyzed my nose in detail and said it is difficult to operate on, but with care it can become beautiful, which I liked
