There’s still a bit of residual swelling and a slight firm feeling inside, but comparing the before-and-after photos, the difference is pretty noticeable!! Especially the outer line of my upper arms looks more defined, so my upper body looks so much slimmer. I can even wear slightly fitted short-sleeve tops now, when I couldn’t before because of my arms I’m so excited I’m shopping for clothes!! But I’m dieting too, and seriously, why is it so hard to cut out wheat-based desserts? Fighting with the diet... My real goal is to wear a sleeveless dress on my September trip.
