After having a baby, even though I tried dieting and exercise, my lower belly and love handles would absolutely not go away, so last Friday I finally went and got abdominal + love handle fat-extraction injections!! 😂From design to aftercare, it took about 3 to 3.5 hours total. The anesthesia injections and the extraction itself were more tolerable than I expected, to the point where I was chatting with the director about dieting the whole time? But when the anesthetic solution was going in, my side got so sore that I tensed up without meaning to, and once the anesthesia wore off I got a slight hand tremor, lol. (If you’re getting this done, please relax your body) The very next day after the procedure, I went on a trip with my baby. I couldn’t shower, so it was a shame I only got to look at the pool, but normal walking around in daily life was totally fine! They said walking a lot helps the swelling go down, so from early morning I forced myself into tons of aerobic exercise, walking along the beach and even going to the aquarium I’m currently not drinking and trying to justify my diet by eating sashimi-grade raw shrimp, toasting with plain water, and eating cold noodles It’s definitely getting less swollen little by little, and I can see my stomach feeling lighter and the line taking shape, which is so surprising!
