First of all, the director was really not friendly. He wasn't the kind of person to say things nicely, like, 'I just told you,' or 'No, that's not it.' Even when I asked questions, he answered as if asking something like that was strange. He did shape the line the way I wanted, but maybe because he's been doing it for a long time, it felt less like he was considering what I wanted and more like he was doing it his own fixed way. I originally thought the after-service warranty was 10 years, but it had been changed to 1 year. The place had one doctor and the price wasn't high, which was good, but the surgery date didn't fit my schedule, and it seemed communication with the doctor wouldn't go well, so I didn't go through with the surgery.
