I booked a consultation because it looked like they do not use implants or costal cartilage. Most places said costal cartilage was needed, so I made an appointment, and it really seemed like they operate in a very safety-oriented way. The manager also had a natural impression, was calm, and was kind. The doctor spoke a bit fast, so it was hard to concentrate, but he was very kind and went through the consultation in detail while drawing it in 3D. The surgery is done only with the septum and ear cartilage, and there was absolutely no overtreatment or pressure to book. They also organized the consultation details in detail by message, so I did not need to write anything down separately, which was nice.
