I spent nearly 30 years of my life unable to shake the nickname of 'Dongseokham arms'... I was at the very end of my 20s, so I decided, okay, I should at least try wearing sleeveless tops in Korea once in my life. I looked into arm liposuction thoroughly, and since I live outside Seoul... I thought aftercare in Seoul would be way too hard and exhausting, so I got a consultation in Daejeon. That day I felt so certain that I even booked the surgery date and came back down!!! It was closer than Seoul and the transport cost was about a quarter, so I thought, this is absolutely and overwhelmingly more advantageous to do in Daejeon I was completely satisfied with the surgery result too. A friend of mine had it done in Seoul and said she has to get revision surgery, but I had mine around the same time and my upper arms have already shrunk by more than 10 cm lol More than anything, I had only lost around 5 kg, but even men asked me if I'd lost about 10 kg because the line had become so much more defined... And honestly, I had only stopped late-night snacks for a little while, yet the swelling in my body went down, I barely exercised, but looking at my arms made me oddly aware of my belly, which motivated me to diet more and work harder lol If there are anyone here worrying about their upper arms, I hope my before-and-after photos help!!!
