I still wanted surgery to make it a straight line with a little bridge but a lot of hospitals said that could not be done High-end, from what I found, does a lot of surgeries for people who were rejected elsewhere, whether it is a revision or a first surgery, so I went What stood out most was my consultation with the director He shaped a line using donor rib cartilage and said this was about as far as he could go But this line was the most to my taste among all the hospitals I had consulted He clearly said what could and could not be done, but also spoke in a somewhat hopeful way I went to about five places, and this was the best consultation by far
