The director's consultation was not very detailed; he would answer only if I had something specific to ask. He said he had seen many cases of people who had double jaw surgery and people with perforations. The manager's nose is pretty, and she said she had her fifth revision here, but the shape was so beautiful that I was strongly leaning toward it. She said they would not touch the perforation and would use autologous costal cartilage from the right 7th and 8th ribs. Since he is a board-certified plastic surgeon, it seems he cannot close the perforation But the shape is so pretty that it is hard to decide........ Leave the perforation alone, raise the nose, and aim for a better frontal effect. He said I could just close the perforation somewhere else and do it after 6 months.
