He explained in detail that Ulthera is a procedure that stimulates all the way down to the fascia layer with ultrasound to create a lifting effect. He said they don't just fire a lot of shots no matter what, but adjust the number of shots to fit the face, which gave me trust. The pain varies by person, but they said if you do it after applying numbing cream, it's a tolerable level. There is immediate tightening too, but they said it lifts even more after 2 to 3 months, so I'm looking forward to that. They recommended only the necessary areas without pushing extra procedures, so I was very satisfied with the consultation
