After reading a ton of breast surgery reviews, I saw that the before-and-after photos from Director Lee Jun-beom at Kai Plastic Surgery really suited my taste and that he seemed to create beautiful lines, so I visited Kai Plastic Surgery. The director’s consultation style was incredibly thorough and so sweet.. He precisely measured my rib cage size, skin elasticity, and degree of sagging, and based on my breast balance, he pointed out that placing implants equally on both sides would be much more natural while still giving a full volume. He also explained in an easy-to-understand way the inframammary fold incision and subfascial method, which are fast and give good visibility during surgery, so I decided to go with that! After the surgery, the fullness on both sides is no joke The upper chest already feels soft without any upper-breast bulging and I’m amazed at how natural it feels! The inframammary incision scar is also not very noticeable, probably because the director sutured so carefully~! Because it went under the fascia, there’s also less pain than I worried about From consultation to surgery, the system was so organized that I never felt anxious even once The result is so good!! Now, instead of the time I used to rely on push-up pads, I should spend that time dressing myself up so I can wear pretty clothes
