Silhouette lifting has a good immediate effect, but the maintenance period is really short

My lower-face line had become square and heavy, so whenever I got really stressed about my face shape I would get silhouette lifting once in a while. People around me and other dermatology clinics kept saying not to get it already in my 30s, so now it's been over 2 years. The last one I had was at Doctor Jeongri Ban, and it was done under sleep anesthesia in no time, and when I first got up from the bed, the area I was worried about had definitely improved. The consultation with the director is more on the quick side than the detailed side, but I could feel the skill was stable, so if my condition gets bad again in my 40s, I do think I'll get it again. But the maintenance really is way too short. 3 to 4 months? I don't think it lasts over 6 months at all And when the maintenance period ends, nothing is preserved and my face line returns to how it originally was, which is kind of discouraging If you're after the immediate effect, it's best around the one-month mark, so if you keep that in mind, I'd recommend it But the temples and face line stay numb and bothersome for 1 to 2 weeks And I wonder if having that last 4 months makes it inefficient This time I want to try Ulthermage for the first time, but there are so many places and people say it's all about the doctor's hands, so it's too hard to look into
