Hi everyone, I’m a Korean living overseas, and I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty. When I entered Korea, I went to consultations at about two clinics, but my friend said it seems like they’re quoting me way too high because they know I’m a Korean from overseas.
Usually, for revision rhinoplasty (no inflammation, just because I don’t like the shape), if it’s done with autologous rib cartilage, about how much does it generally cost?

One-month update after full removal / nose implant removal

Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
