To put it simply, I never had big ambitions for my nose, and I got the surgery because my tip was bothering me.. My bridge was already there, so I really didn't want an implant, and I just wanted the tip to become a little slimmer. From then on, whenever I had time, I looked up clinics, went to consultations at places people around me said were good, and focused on places where the before-and-after photos made the line look pretty to me. I consulted at about four places, and the reason I chose Saegim was that when I went in, the director looked at my nose and said it would be better not to touch the bridge. He said making it higher for no reason wouldn't match my face. That was exactly the kind of consultation I wanted, so it made me feel really good.I already knew I had a bridge, so I didn't want to make it higher anyway. And they said just tidying up the tip would make a big difference, so I decided on a non-implant procedure and went with a closed approach. For the tip, they only used dermis! When the anesthesia wore off after surgery, it was only a slight throbbing sensation? I'm very timid, so I was really scared, but it hurt less than I expected. The packing inside my nose made breathing through my mouth harder, and lol, sleeping was hard because my mouth got so dry..If I could give one useful tip to someone planning nose surgery, I'd definitely recommend stocking up on a humidifier. The director said to do cold compresses diligently for about two days and to sleep with my head elevated, and not to touch my nose if I had the habit. They also said not to wear glasses for about a month and to avoid alcohol, but I just followed that well. By two weeks, most of the swelling was gone, and around a month later my friends said I looked naturally prettier lol Of course, at that point there was still residual swelling, so it wouldn't have been completely natural, but I just looked like someone who was a little puffy? It wasn't like, wow, you're swollen! so I think that was good.At first I thought if I went without an implant, there'd be no visible difference and no effect, but once I actually did it, I think it made a surprisingly noticeable difference..For people like me who hate anything too much and like natural results, I think going without an implant is fine. I'm definitely one of those who hate obvious plastic surgery..^^Anyway, it's been a long time since my nose surgery now, and I can pick my nose, blow my nose, all of it with no problem, and I wear glasses whenever I want to. It seems like you just have to be careful at the beginning! I never thought I'd get nose surgery, but I think a big part of it was because they only told me what was necessary without any over-treatment. The moment I got the consultation, I was like, This is it! I have to do it here! That thought just clicked in my head.. I'm satisfied
