My original nose was a bit long and droopy, with a hump. It’s only one week after surgery, but to anyone looking at it, my nose is way too upturned.. Everyone who has seen my nose photos says it looks very upturned, but the hospital manager says it isn’t upturned at all...?... I really tried not to post my photo if possible, but I want to ask for help, so I’m posting it for just a moment,, this is my post-op nose and my original nose..ㅎㅅㅎ Please overlook the skin freaking out a bit,, I had bone cutting on the bridge without an implant + tip surgery with ear cartilage. I really want early removal, so I’m trying to set up consultations at removal clinics right now, but is there a clinic you’d recommend...? And I’m also looking into complications from early removal, but I feel like there isn’t enough information, so if you know anything, can you tell me everything? Ahh what is this, seriously, I’m getting so anxious~

I had osteotomy on the bridge and used ear cartilage for the tip, but if I remove the tip a week after surgery, can I go back somewhat to my original nose? I have so much I need to do in the second semester right now, but with my nose like
