I’m more satisfied than with my own surgery, I got my mom thread lifting

I’ve always only thought about getting surgery and procedures for myself every single day, and I’ve never really done anything for my mom. But this time, I was so bothered by how flat my face looked that I started looking for what to do, and when I saw other people talking about how they did something for their moms, it suddenly hit me how my mom’s face is showing her age... I had this sudden feeling of tenderness and guilt, thinking my mom, who I assumed would never age, had actually lived through so many years, hahaha. If you’re a daughter, you probably all relate, right? Anyway, I told myself I should do something for my mom too, and I coaxed her by saying let’s go together and get a lift, then took her to Restory for thread lifting.At first I wanted to get a facelift for her, but my mom said surgery was too much, and I... well, I didn’t have the budget to do surgery for her either Still, I thought if we went to a clinic that’s good at thread lifting, we could get effects almost like a facelift, so I looked around a few places and ended up going to Restory. Since it’s a clinic that does everything from surgical lifting to non-surgical lifting, I figured they’d understand skin sagging structurally really well, and when I went there with my mom for consultation, they really were professional.. If I ever need to get pulled up in the future, I’ll go there too… Was it called bulldog cheeks? That area was pretty severe, so they fixed the threads in a lot of different directions to pull it up…! It wasn’t just using several threads in one direction; they said pulling from multiple directions was necessary because my mom’s sagging wasn’t only in one direction. And they said you have to set multiple fixation points and lift them to make it firm, too. I guess it’s the same principle as pitching a tent in several directions when setting one up hahaha.The swelling made her whole face look puffy for about a week, but even then her face line became softer, the bulldog cheeks were gone, and her nasolabial folds improved, so do you know how much smaller her face looked? My mom was super satisfied too, and even though she doesn’t really know how to take selfies, these days she suddenly sends random selfies while she’s at work hahaha. I had been so busy taking care of myself that I wasn’t paying attention to my mom, but this time I really did a proper act of filial piety… Now I’m going to keep taking care of her steadily!!!
