The consultation with the director felt simple and clean. The coordinator’s consultation was short (just to understand what I wanted), and then I had a long consultation with the director. I already had a double eyelid and thin, creased eyes, so I went in thinking about fat grafting + buried sutures, but they said incision was absolutely necessary. Even then, instead of giving me the option of buried sutures as well, they were firm that for creased eyes with hollowing above the eyes, incision is the answer. I had some reluctance about incision, but they showed me several cases similar to mine, which reduced my negative feelings about it a lot. When they showed the cases, they didn’t just show photos; they also showed videos, which was much more helpful.
