After getting a CT scan and waiting for a bit, I first spoke with the coordinator about my history and the areas I wanted to address, and she was so kind that I went to meet the director already feeling good. The director seemed careful and kind, but also very firm about what he wanted to do. When he took front and side photos and quickly worked them over in Photoshop, I was transformed into a version of myself with a different nose. He explained the nasolabial angle and why lowering the ala and doing depressor septi nasi resection would be needed, and that was much more memorable than just a drawing, so even after the consultation I could picture the result and that was nice. There were many young patients waiting at the clinic, so it gave the feeling that I’d end up with a trendy nose.
