Motiva one-month update with a no-bra before-and-after comparison

When I was looking into breast surgery and wanted to see before-and-after photos properly, most of them were taken while wearing a bra, which was pretty frustrating, so I’m openly showing mine without a bra. Honestly, with a bra on, almost any chest looks pretty anyway lol Before surgery I wore 80A, and now I’d guess I’m around a full D?? I haven’t bought regular bras yet, so I don’t know my exact size, but anyway, when I had surgery at MD, what I wanted was: 1. Natural-looking cleavage 2. Make them as large as possible I asked for those two things. Luckily, my breast base wasn’t that narrow, and after checking my body type and everything, they said D cups would be 충분한, so I had Motiva implants placed, 355 on the right and 335 on the left, to even out the asymmetry while also increasing size My criteria for choosing a hospital were: 1. It had to specialize in breasts 2. It had to have over 20 years of experience 3. Pre- and post-op tests had to be available in-house And when I had my consultation, it somehow felt even more trustworthy when the manager said she had also gotten surgery from the director here...? On the day of surgery, my stomach looked bloated and my body was swollen, probably because of the anesthesia gas, but I didn’t just lie around; whenever I had time I went for walks and kept going to the hospital for aftercare, so things gradually got better. I had the incisions through the armpit, but more than anything else, not being able to use my arms comfortably after surgery was really inconvenient.. It was obvious that I couldn’t take things down from high shelves, and even pulling doors open wasn’t easy For anyone getting surgery through the armpit, there will be some discomfort, so I recommend preparing in advance by moving things down from high places and setting up your environment beforehand. It’s only been a little over a month since surgery, so the shape is still firm and it doesn’t feel that soft yet when I touch it, but for one month, the sensation is not bad, and the occasional tingling in the nipple area has improved a lot. The downside of breast surgery is that my weight is now 2 kg higher than before surgery (I’m claiming it’s swelling lol), but when I look in the mirror, I can’t really tell if I actually gained weight...??? I think it’s probably because my waist looks relatively slimmer now that my breasts are bigger, and I’m trying to be careful not to gain any more
