I had double jaw surgery and contouring surgery on 2 areas here, and they really do make your face smaller. I’m not sure if the midface got much smaller, but they really do create a baby-face look. The problem is that my nose got quite damaged.. Even before surgery, the director said I should keep that in mind. If you have this surgery, a nose job is almost essential. My nose got bent and widened more than I expected, and my lower lip sensation became dull, but I’m satisfied that my face got smaller. A lot of my friends who had double jaw and contouring here also had their faces become much smaller. They all had revision nose surgeries though.. If you want a more dramatic change, this place seems good
