My first surgery line loosened and the uneven eyes stressed me out a lot. The director here was famous on his own, so there were lots of reviews and lots of recommendations from people around me, which is why I made a reservation. Because he was well known and it was vacation season, there were a lot of people and the wait got long, so honestly I was a bit disappointed with the hospital’s internal system. But the consultations with the director and manager definitely felt much more professional than other places. My eyes were already slightly uneven, but the two lines from my previous double-eyelid surgery did not match each other well, so the asymmetry looked even more pronounced. The director explained that it could be corrected to match, starting from the line’s starting point, and said that for my eyes, the inner corner line needed to be widened for better balance, and that removing some line would look better. He explained while drawing it out and also while placing the line directly on my eyes, and the line he marked did look pretty. He didn’t push me to add more procedures, and the manager also didn’t upsell me, just summarized what the director mentioned and only asked me about certain parts again. Before going in for the consultation, I was bothered by how busy the hospital felt, but after the consultation I understood why it was famous, so I just felt like it couldn’t be helped.
