I went in for a consultation. The wait was a bit long, but the staff kindly guided me, so I was able to have a comfortable consultation. The director also listened to my concerns first and then, while looking at my current condition, explained in detail which procedure would be appropriate and why, so it was easy to understand. They also told me what was necessary, what results I could expect, and the precautions. I asked about each thing I was curious about, and they answered sincerely one by one, so overall it was a satisfying consultation. I liked how carefully they looked after me.
