When I first went, there were 4 or 5 people waiting, so I thought it would be quick, but I ended up waiting over an hour. In the middle, chicken and pizza got delivered, and I guess they were eating that while keeping people waiting? Anyway, there were not even many people there, so waiting over an hour was really hard. I thought this was a place where the doctor would do the consultation after reading the reviews, but I ended up consulting with the manager instead. It is not a place that looks at your skin type and things like that. It was more like a factory-style place that gave a light explanation, had me choose what I wanted, and then went right into the procedure. The procedure seemed thorough
