The order is CT scan -> manager -> surgeon -> manager. The side effect I worry about the most is nerve damage, but they said they wouldn't touch the nerve line, and that there has never been a functional side effect from touching the nerve line (I don't know if that's true). They seemed proud of their equipment and devices. They explain the face in detail, including bone, muscle, and fat, and they immediately caught the things I didn't like about my face and told me everything I was curious about first, so all my questions were answered without even needing to ask. It would have been even better if they could show me with photos or line drawings how the face changes after surgery, but they didn't have that, which was disappointing.
