They really only opened the inner corner a tiny bit, but somehow the scar from the suturing marks ended up looking absolutely horrible. It makes me wonder how little skill they must have had for a scar like that to happen; it stressed me out so much. I also have no idea what they did with the buried suture method, but my eyelids turned kind of dark. As far as I remember, they said they did fat removal as a free bonus (why? I didn’t even want that lol), so maybe that’s why. When I complained about the eye-opening correction side effects, they got annoyed and said that couldn’t possibly happen from eye-opening correction. They were extremely polite during the consultation, but still... And the consultation manager was rude too. Even before surgery, they kept pushing me hard to book for the same day, and the aftercare was a total mess. If I wanted to ask even the simplest thing about the surgery, I had to book a consultation and talk to the director. What would I have done if I lived far away? They had said they’d check the progress at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and 3 months, but after the surgery, they only looked at me up to the 2-week mark, and after that the front desk never scheduled a visit first, so there was a waiting list every time. There was even a 1-hour wait on the surgery day itself; I really regret having surgery at a place like this.
