First of all, you should definitely avoid places where you keep hearing that the nose is completely ruined. But even during removal, you’ll have things you want, right? Then write those down from first priority onward. If your original nose was like this and it must not become lower than this or collapse, then say so and ask, “These are the things I want, to what extent can you match them?” The mindset should be: let’s avoid the absolute worst-case scenario. I’m okay if my nostrils are a little uneven, but this I can’t accept, and so on. Write down the most important priorities in your mind and emphasize them. If it seems like the doctor will listen as much as possible, I think it’s better to go with that doctor. The place I went to had no intention of listening at all lol. Basically it was, “If you’re going to do it, do it; if not, then don’t,” and they just threw out only negative things and defended themselves.. The result was, well, obvious. If it were another place, they might not be able to protect item 1, but they could protect item 2, so the result could stay around 70 out of 100. But at a place like that, you might not even salvage 50 out of 100. I didn’t have time, so I had to do it quickly without any control at all, but I hope you all won’t have to go through that.
