I was satisfied with the procedure, but the female staff member who consulted me was not great. When I asked her to look at my face in detail, she only gave me formulaic answers and barely explained basic things like possible side effects after filler treatment. She answered only because I kept asking, and it felt like she wanted to finish the consultation quickly. I expect it would have been a very unfriendly consultation for someone with no procedure experience. The director matched my asymmetry well and did the procedure very skillfully, so I’m satisfied. I was worried because my skin is thin, but there was no Tyndall effect and it turned out naturally. The nurse was really, really kind. Other than the consultation, I was satisfied overall.
