I had it done in the very early days!! I was stressed because my philtrum looked long, so I only wanted lateral philtrum reduction, but they said it would be natural only if I also did the mouth corners, so I had the mouth corners, lateral philtrum reduction, and philtrum dimple procedure. The surgery went well, but that area is prone to scarring, so at the time it was hard having to go back and forth to the hospital once a month for injections and laser treatment. Still, every time I went, the director was kind and consulted with me carefully, and they treated the scars well, so now they’re almost unnoticeable. But if you look closely, you can still see a white band of scar tissue on the lateral philtrum.
