I used to feel a lot of stress because when I smiled, the fat under my eyes would bulge out and when I took photos, shadows would appear under my eyes, making me look tired. My eyes are fairly large, but the outer corners are upturned and the back part felt blocked, so they looked stuffy. While I was consulting about under-eye fat repositioning, I also ended up getting a consultation for dual canthoplasty. I got the consultation at Almond Plastic Surgery, a place I had already been watching for a while. The most important thing I said during the consultation was that I did not want the outer corner widening to look excessive. I did not like the look where the outer canthus and lower canthus were widened too much and the line at the back of the eye dropped too far downward, so I said I wanted it improved as naturally as possible. The doctor carefully examined my eye condition and gave me the feeling that they fully understood the direction I wanted, which made me trust them, and after the consultation I decided to have the surgery there. The surgery took about one hour in total, including the dual canthoplasty and under-eye fat repositioning. The surgery itself was not very long, and recovery was quick, so I was able to go out without a hat in just about a week and a half! Of the two, I was more satisfied with the under-eye fat repositioning. In photos, I used to always edit out the shadows under my eyes, but now the under-eye area is much smoother, so pictures come out well without any retouching. The dual canthoplasty also seems to have turned out naturally, just as I wanted, so I'm satisfied. Rather than looking overly widened toward the back, my eyes that felt cramped look a bit more open, and overall my previously sharp impression feels much softer. The scar I worried about is almost invisible, and recovery was really fast. It's been one month now, and unless I say something first, people around me don't even realize I recently had plastic surgery. I succeeded in becoming prettier without it looking obvious!! Overall, the result changed my face naturally, so I'm very satisfied, and I feel glad that I chose to have the surgery at Almond Plastic Surgery!
