Other places kept saying I had to use the septum, or use ear cartilage, or even that I should use donated rib cartilage for a first surgery, and everyone was saying different things, so I went there almost ready to give up. They told me that just repositioning the cartilage could be enough to improve things. It seemed like they weren't doing any unnecessary treatment, so I felt relieved. They also showed me a lot of reviews from people similar to me, and I liked the virtual surgery mock-up, so I even paid a deposit and left. The manager was kind, and the doctor also said they only do 1-2 surgeries a day. They said the guardian can watch via CCTV, and I'm really looking forward to the surgery.
