The surgeon has a very firm sense of beauty. For cheekbone reduction, they do not use fixation, and there are differences from other hospitals, so compare carefully before proceeding. It seems they recommend paranasal augmentation to almost all patients, but the before-and-after difference does not feel very significant to me. There is no change in nose height, and it may even give a somewhat artificial look. Individual differences are big though.. Alar reduction seems to have been done well with almost no scar. But the asymmetry wasn't corrected
