I had a double eyelid consultation, and there was quite a bit of waiting in between. The consultation went in the order of manager > director > manager. Before seeing the director, the manager took photos on a tablet (my whole face..) asked whether I had a desired line, and even drew the line for me. The director was kind and answered the questions I had prepared very well. It felt like they recommended only what was necessary without over-selling. After that, in the manager consultation, they explained what kind of surgery method adhesion with multiple heat points was, and when I asked about price, aftercare, and recovery period, they explained those too. The price was higher than the price shown in the app, and there was a discount under the conditions of providing a review and booking on the same day. The reservation deposit was 10% of the surgery cost and was non-refundable
