2-month review of contouring 3 procedures! It’s already been 2 months since I had the contouring 3 procedures Time really flies. After the first month, the initial puffy swelling has definitely gone down a lot, but lately it feels like the swelling has kind of plateaued. There aren’t any obvious changes day by day, so I sometimes think, "Is this where it ends?" But it’s still only the 2-month mark, so I’m planning to wait a bit longer. My mouth movement feels almost back to normal now. Talking and smiling feel much more natural than before, and there’s almost no inconvenience in daily life. Eating has also become much easier, but I’m still not eating completely freely; I’m still controlling it in my own way. I’m trying not to overdo it, and I’m still being a little careful with foods that seem like they might not be good for recovery. Also, there’s still a slightly unnatural feeling when moving my facial muscles. A faint awkwardness when smiling or making expressions? It doesn’t stand out much in the mirror, but from my own perspective it still doesn’t feel completely natural. The sensation hasn’t fully returned yet either, and in my own feeling it’s come back by about 30%. Still, I can feel it gradually returning, so I’m waiting slowly. It’s definitely better than at first, so I’m not too worried. Since it’s only the 2-month mark, there’s still swelling left and the sensation and muscle movement are still recovering, so I think it’s too early to judge the final result. The clinic also said it takes time for the swelling to fully go down and settle, so I’m just planning to wait comfortably. At first I could see my face changing day by day, but now it feels a little stalled, which is a bit frustrating Still, I’m curious and excited to see how it changes after 3 months and 6 months. So far I’m going about daily life without any major discomfort, and I’m overall satisfied with the recovery process. Now all that’s left is to wait for the remaining swelling, sensation, and muscle movement to return naturally:)
