I went there for an Aqua Peel first-visit event because of acne. Since it was just skincare, I can't evaluate the doctor. The skincare staff were fine, but even if it was just a first-visit trial, I didn't get the feeling that they were thorough or attentive I don't know about other procedures, but for skincare in particular, the timer going off too close by was distracting.
